Set up a GIRO arrangement

We primarily use GIRO for recurring payments. Common services that may require a GIRO arrangement include:

  • Regular fees or charges: For example, import permit payment by plant hobbyists who frequently import plants or plant products from overseas.
  • License renewal: Payment for ongoing permits or licenses issued by NParks or the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS).

How to set up

You will need to complete Part I of the GIRO application form and mail it to the following address:
