Our well-loved Nature Keeper Camp is back with a new and exciting adventure! Featuring 6 camps throughout the year, each camp aims to encourage continuous learning of the secrets behind Singapore’s very own rainforest.
Set in the heart of one of Singapore’s oldest rainforest and highest peak, this day camp brings children on an enriching journey to experience our forests firsthand and appreciate Singapore’s nature and natural heritage. While each camp can be attended by itself, the camps are designed to build on each other to help your child gain a holistic understanding of Singapore’s rainforests:
Camp 1 (18 March*): Introduction to Singapore’s rainforests
Camp 2 (3 June*): Soaring to the Emergent Layer
Camp 3 (13 June*): Exploring the Canopy Layer I
Camp 4 (9 September*): Exploring the Canopy Layer II
Camp 5 (25 November*): Discovering the Understorey and Forest Floor
Camp 6 (30 December*): What Can I Do as a Nature Keeper?
Each Nature Keeper Programme camp aims to raise awareness and inculcate your child’s interest in the science and conservation unique to our forests. There will be nature exploration walks, fun nature-themed games, interactive classroom learning portions and hands-on activities for children to participate in and enjoy.
