Every year, millions of migratory shorebirds make an extraordinary journey from their breeding grounds in the Arctic to this part of the world. The journey is a difficult one, and many of them fall prey to hunters, predators and storms.

For the shorebirds that arrive at Sungei Buloh, the reserve is a constant sanctuary in a coastline that is changing everywhere.

Join us in celebrating and welcoming the return of these marvels of endurance back home to Sungei Buloh with Welcome Waders!
