About the therapeutic garden

The therapeutic garden at Bedok Reservoir Park is the first that has been built over a former sand quarry.

In a nod to its history, stones and boulders have been incorporated into the garden’s features and amenities. There are even loose rocks that can be used for the meditative practice of rock balancing.

Adding to the healing space are a Biodiversity Zone, Fragrance Zone, Herbs and Edibles Zone, and an inter-generational fitness corner and outdoor physiotherapy area that can be used to improve balance and mobility.
