Cool House Curiosities
Learn more about The Sembcorp Cool House, where you can explore over a thousand diverse species and hybrids from five biogeographical regions across the globe. This extraordinary collection boasts the largest assortment of high elevation montane orchids, featuring stunning cascading inflorescences of Phalaenopsis hybrids and the unique pouch-shaped flowers of Paphiopedilum species and cultivars, fondly referred to as Lady Slipper orchids.

Pepper Platter Workshop
Join Isaiah Peter, the visionary behind Pepper Patch SG along with Chef Rizan Zalani, of Little Farms Singapore, as they guide you through an immersive culinary workshop on selecting, processing, preserving, and cooking with peppers. Gain insights into dehydrating peppers, crafting chili flakes, preparing brine for pickling, and creating flavourful relishes and dips using fresh peppers. Additionally, Chef Rizan will impart his expertise in crafting Mexican-inspired snacks. This workshop promises to infuse a burst of excitement into your culinary journey! As a bonus, each participant will receive a complimentary goodie bag valued at $30.

Travelling Art Cart – National Gallery Singapore
HortPark is set to host an exclusive pop-up exhibition of the Travelling Art Cart, showcasing awe-inspiring artworks from the National Collection of the National Gallery Singapore (NGS) that draw inspiration from the beauty of nature. The upcoming Art Cart and its associated activities take inspiration from the captivating artwork "Life by the River" by Liu Kang, a prominent piece from the National Collection. Accompanied by the Gallery's staff, you can partake in engaging and interactive nature art activities. Immerse yourself in the magnificence of nature and art at this complimentary programme.
