The 1,900sqm therapeutic garden at Yishun Pond Park is located in the northern part of the park, abutting Yishun Central and Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.

Built in close consultation with Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, the garden is ideal for organising both therapeutic horticulture and rehabilitative activities that are suitable for both general visitors and hospital out-patients.

Out-patients can explore the therapeutic garden together with their families and use the garden as part of their rehabilitation process.

Therapeutic horticulture programmes are offered at this garden. These programmes maximise the features of a therapeutic garden through the use of plants and nature-related activities.

They are conducted by trained persons for senior citizen groups or people with dementia and other special needs.
